Neighbors Helping Neighbors Greene County was born out of the hardships and devastation suffered by my own friends and neighbors as a result of Hurricane Irene. I utilize Facebook to post the needs of families I am helping, so please visit our Facebook page to stay up to date with how you can help. My experience in marketing and advertising has allowed me to build a large, responsive network of concerned “neighbors” who are eager to help others in need.
Thank you for visiting this site. The damage caused by Hurricane Irene has been life-changing for many residents. Some still remain in a state of shock and feel paralyzed by their circumstances. Most of the people I meet say that they are comforted just knowing someone cares about them. They are overwhelmed when I am able to deliver food, clothing, new furniture, and even gift cards. None of this would be possible, however, without the support of generous, caring people near and far who have reached out to help. I am not a 501c3 organization. I am accountable only to the people who choose to trust me to do the right thing, and I am extremely grateful and humbled to have earned your trust.
